Ambassador Program

Need assistance? Our ambassadors are here to help! Each ambassador is a fully trained security officer with additional customer service training. Please seek them out with any requests, or call 972-258-0408 to coordinate an ambassador to meet you within the property!

ATM Machine

For easy access to your cash, a Travelex ATM is located at the main entrance in the Food Court, and on the 2nd Floor next to AMC.

Baby Changing Station

For your convenience, baby changing stations are located in all Family Restrooms throughout the property.

Children's Play Area

Take a break from shopping and let your little one enjoy some fun at the Revive Dental soft play area. Located in near the Food Court, and open to all children 44" and under.

Designated Smoking Area

Irving Mall is a non-smoking property, however there is a designated smoking area located outside of entrance four.

Device Charging Station

For your convenience, we offer recharging stations fit for most devices, located outside Macy's east entrance.

Family Restroom

For your convenience, you’ll find family restrooms located on the 1st Floor, next to the Mall Office.

First Aid

First-aid assistance can be provided by Security. In the event of an emergency please dial 911.

Food Court

Take a break from shopping and enjoy a snack or meal at Food Court located on the first floor, through entrance five.

Handicap Accessible

Our property offers accessibility for our guest needing additional assistance. Handicap parking and accessible entrances are located at all Mall entrances. Accessible restrooms are located in our family restrooms.

Kiddie Rides

Let your little one enjoy a ride on our Carousel in the Food Court, as well as our other units throughout the property.

Lost & Found

If you misplace an item, visit Lost & Found located at Security Dispatch.

Mall Walker Program

Our mall offers a self-guided Mall Walkers Program every Morning at 7am.

Movie Theater

Catch the latest showings at AMC Theaters, located inside the mall behind Sears.

NonSmoking

To make your experience the best it can be, our mall is a Non-Smoking facility. However, a designated smoking area is available outside entrance four.

Security

Shop with peace of mind knowing our Mall Security is here to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience. If you need to contact Security at any time during your visit, please call (972) 258-0408.

Strollers

Push your little one around with ease in our of our strollers. Rentals are available in the food court and entrance 4.

If you are in need of a wheelchair during your visit, please contact Security. Wheelchairs are complimentary but require a valid drivers license upon pick up.
